    If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, Decor Chronicle will charge you a re-stocking fee of 15%.

    You can only request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices, etc.

     

    The product should not have been installed, or the product(s) should not have any wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Decor Chronicle in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

     

    Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

     

    If the product is damaged, the customer is responsible, and we request them to retrieve it from the delivery location.

     

    For customer-requested returns, the customer bears the courier charges.

     

    Refunds are initiated only through bank account transactions, and not in cash.

     

    Decor Chronicle bears the courier cost for product-related issues. For return policy-related requests, the customer bears the charges.

     

    It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.

     

    To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 2 business days.

1. Safety Warning
